3. Registrations & Payments

• Fees are non-refundable except for program cancellation by D3 Nation.
• Chargebacks will result in suspension from future events.

4. Code of Conduct

• Athletes must adhere to our zero-tolerance policy for bullying, discrimination, or violence.
• Violations may lead to removal without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

• Participation carries injury risks. Parents/athletes waive liability for accidents during training/games.

6. Intellectual Property

• Logos, videos, and content on this site are owned by D3 Nation. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

• Disputes will be resolved under [your state/country]’s laws.
